Please fill out the Time Availability Document as fully as possible. We have a waiting list for many instruments and therefore may not be able to offer your first choice of day and time, however, the more available you are, the easier it will be to accommodate you.

 

A full list of our prices is available to download below. To ensure that there is a traceable record of each payment, JiVe Academy does not accept cash payments.

(Cheques, bankdrafts or postal orders are accepted.)

 

All our forms are in the PDF format because this is an easy and secure way to give people files.  You will need the program Adobe Reader or another PDF reader to view them.  If you're not sure whether your computer has this program, most do, then go ahead and download the forms anyway and see if you can open them.  If you can't open them then you can download Adobe Reader for free from the Owners site here.  You will then need to install the program to view the files.  If you find all that a little daunting then send us an email and we will be happy to send you on the forms by email.
